American Water Services, Inc. a premier partner in water/wastewater management services, has a position located at our corporate office in Marlton, New Jersey. Position is responsible for providing support in all functional areas of HR, including employee and labor relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation and training. We require a minimum of 5 years Generalist HR experience with an emphasis in Employee and Labor Relations, BA degree in HR or related field and PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Must be customer service oriented and possess strong knowledge of HR policies and practices and work well in a team environment; must also possess strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate and proficient in Word and Excel - experience working with multiple job sites a plus. Some travel required.
